Know Your Car And Its Parts
From fast cars to super bikes, this automobile world has become an addiction in everyone’s life. But one should know about what this great boon is made up of. The are different auto parts supplying it energy to run, helps in charging of batteries or helps in providing steering suspension and steering. An engine is the main part in any automobile. Some of its main components include spark plug, valves, air filter etc. The spark plug supplies the spark that ignites the air/fuel mixture so that combustion can occur. The intake and exhaust valves open at the proper time to let in air and fuel and to let out exhaust. To protect it, valve cover must be used. Air filter, as the name suggest, helps in filtering of air inside the engine. Another important part is an automotive batter, that’s a rechargeable battery supplying electric energy to an automobile. It is to power the starter motor, the lights and the ignition system of a vehicle’s engine. Battery chargers are used to charge these batteries. A very useful part air intake, used to bring relatively cool air into a car’s internal-combustion engine. Cold air intake systems are marketed with claims of increased engine efficiency and performance. The putative principle behind a cold air intake is that cooler air has a higher density, thus containing more oxygen per volume unit than warmer air. Steering, also called drivers arm, can be controlled using control arm. Its very comfortable and easy to use. Shock absorbers, linkages and springs also helps in providing good car’s road holding/handling and braking for good active safety and driving pleasure. Clutches help in transmission of power and various radiators are used in keeping the performance up of these clutches. And to increase attractiveness and ease, various interior car accessories like different mirrors, cool seat covers , scents etc may be used. And lastly comes the lighting system, both inside and outside, used for providing visibility while moving on road.
